Shipping

DELIVERY: Purchased items will typically be dispatched within 3 to 4 business days. Please allow a maximum of 7-10 business days for your delivery to arrive. It's important to note that all our packages require a signature upon delivery, and will not leave packages unattended for any reason. If you have not received your purchase after 14 days, kindly notify our sales department at info@woodncrownwatches.com, and we will do our best to provide status updates or resolve the matter.

PRICES, SHIPPING, AND HANDLING CHARGES: All orders are shipped using USPS (First Class & Priority Mail for both domestic and international shipments). In some cases, we may utilize UPS or FedEx for shipping. Shipping rates are calculated using the USPS calculator. For international customers, please be aware that customs duties and/or brokerage fees are your responsibility in addition to the shipping cost calculated during checkout.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, it is imperative that you contact the shipping courier to report the issue and file a claim. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered, and refunds will not be issued for such orders.
